The purpose of this course – Restorative Yoga – is for the massage practitioner to relax and restore the body and mind. In this course, students will gain a basic understanding of restorative yoga, learn breathing techniques, and explore restorative poses to relax the body and mind. Upon completing this one-hour practice and successfully passing the multiple-choice quiz, students will earn one NCBTMB-approved credit hour in self-care for massage license renewal. The multiple-choice quiz is not required for Yoga Alliance continuing education credit.
